By accessing or using ThresholdIQ at thresholdiq.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ThresholdIQ is a browser-based alert threshold simulation tool that allows users to upload data files, configure alert rules, and simulate which rows would trigger alerts under defined conditions. All processing occurs client-side in the user's browser.
The Service is currently provided free of charge during our beta period. No account registration or payment is required. We reserve the right to introduce subscription tiers and pricing in the future, with advance notice to users.
All features, including unlimited simulations, profile saving, and data export, are available to all users at no cost during the beta period.
You agree not to:
Files you upload are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to ThresholdIQ servers. You retain full ownership of your data at all times. We do not claim any rights over files you upload or reports you generate using the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data you upload does not violate applicable laws, third-party privacy rights, or confidentiality obligations.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) results produced by the Service will be accurate or reliable; (c) the quality of the Service will meet your expectations.
ThresholdIQ is a simulation tool only. Threshold values and alert outputs are for analytical purposes and should not be used as the sole basis for production monitoring decisions without independent validation.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THRESHOLDIQ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50.
The ThresholdIQ name, logo, and application code are owned by ThresholdIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or reproduce our application without written permission.
ThresholdIQ uses open-source libraries licensed under MIT and Apache 2.0. Attribution is provided at thresholdiq.com#licenses.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThresholdIQ is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where superseded by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
